Network
Don’t just dream of freedom. Prepare for it, brick by brick

5. Find Meaning Outside the Office
Volunteer. Write. Create. Serve
Remind yourself you are more than your tasks
The job can have your hours, but don’t let it own your identity

 

You’re Not Alone. And You’re Not Crazy

You’re not weak because you’re tired
You’re tired because you’ve been strong for too long, with no room to breathe

The truth is, you can hate your job and still be excellent at it
